Terms & Conditions of the Loyalty Program

General Provisions
  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for participating in the loyalty program for clients of Dokkoon Thai Massage & Spa. The program is intended for clients using our services on-site.
  2. The program is valid from April 1st, 2026 until further notice.
Conditions of Participation
  1. The program is intended for individuals, and participation is entirely free and voluntary.
  2. Each participant receives a virtual loyalty card assigned to their client profile in our system, where stamps for eligible visits will be collected.
  3. Participants may use only their own personal loyalty card. It is not possible to accumulate discounts or use promotions on behalf of third parties.
Rules for Collecting Stamps
  1. A participant receives one stamp for each visit during which a treatment worth at least 200 PLN is performed. The visit cannot be paid with a voucher.
  2. IMPORTANT — Visits carried out as part of a loyal client package do not qualify for stamps; in other words, purchasing a loyal client package excludes participation in the Loyalty Program.
  3. After collecting the 10th consecutive stamp, the participant receives a voucher worth 200 PLN.
Final Provisions
  1. Before joining the Loyalty Program, the participant is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The rules of the Loyalty Program are defined by these Terms and Conditions and — in matters not regulated herein — by the generally applicable provisions of Polish law.
